Miami Magic Infusions 615g Cylinder

Miami Magic Infusions is the most compact cylinder in the range at 615g (0.95L), wrapped in a bold Miami-inspired livery built for the back bar. It’s an infusion-first product: made for cocktails, spirits and cold-drink infusion as much as classic whipped cream, on premium-pure food-grade N₂O (99.9%, E942).

The slightly smaller fill gives about 77 standard 8g charges — a touch below the 640g cylinders — which is roughly 3.8 to 4.6 litres of finished cream, or several rounds of rapid drink infusion. It threads onto standard 0.5L and 1L whipped-cream and infusion dispensers.

Who it suits: cocktail bars that want an eye-catching, infusion-ready cylinder and don’t need the extra charges of a larger format. If per-charge economics matter more than the design, a plain 640g cylinder gives you a few more charges for less; for a larger infusion cylinder, the Roselle 680g runs longer.
