The Silver is the diamond-pattern cylinder in Smartwhip’s range and the one most kitchens standardise on when they want a single system across every station. One 640g cylinder holds 99.9% food-grade Nâ‚‚O (E942) and delivers roughly 80 standard 8g charges, which works out to about 4 to 4.8 litres of finished whipped cream depending on your recipe and fat content.
It runs on standard 0.5L and 1L professional dispensers, so adopting it doesn’t mean replacing the equipment you already own — worth checking before you commit a whole service to any cylinder format.
Who it suits: venues that value a consistent, repeatable pour across a long service and are willing to pay the premium tier for it. If your priority is the lowest possible cost per charge rather than brand consistency, look at the 670g and 640g cylinders from FastGas and GreatWhip in the same category — they cover comparable charge counts at a lower price point, and we’d rather you bought the right one.
Sold as a single cylinder or in cases of 6, 12, 24 and 48, with the per-cylinder price dropping around 20% at the largest tier.
