The Midnight Edition is Cream Deluxe’s flavoured 666g cylinder, and two things set it apart from the plain Gold: it carries an aromatic flavour, and it uses a silent nozzle — a real consideration if you’re charging in front of guests rather than behind a kitchen wall. Choose from Watermelon, Coconut, Strawberry and Blueberry, all at the same price so flavour choice costs nothing.

The gas itself is 99.9% food-grade N₂O (E942) at about 84 standard 8g charges per cylinder — roughly 4.2 to 5.0 litres of finished cream — on standard 0.5L and 1L professional dispensers.

Who it suits: dessert bars and front-of-house stations that want a scented finish and quieter service. If you want even more flavour choice in the same family, the Sixth Wave edition carries a wider range; if you don’t need flavour at all, the Gold cylinder is the cheaper plain option.

Each flavour sells as a single or in cases of 6, 12, 24 and 48, with about 20% off per cylinder at the 48-case.
