Monster Gas 1364g Cream Charger Cylinder

The Monster Gas 1364g is the brand’s mid-size format — the volume step up from its 640g cylinder without going to a full 2kg tank. It gives about 170 standard 8g charges, a little over double a 640g, or roughly 9 to 10 litres of finished cream, on 99.9% food-grade N₂O (E942).

It runs on standard 0.5L and 1L professional dispensers with a regulator/adaptor, delivering much of a tank’s lower per-charge cost in a still-manageable cylinder.

Who it suits: high-turnover cafés and dessert kitchens that find 640g cylinders too small but aren’t set up for tank handling yet. Like the rest of the Monster Gas line it’s built around value and throughput. GreatWhip offers the same 1364g size if you’d rather match another brand, and full 2kg tanks are the next step once you outgrow this.

Sold as a single or in cases of 6, 12, 24 and 48, with about 20% off each cylinder at the 48-case.
