The GoldWhip Maxxii is a 2kg (2000g) flavour-infused catering tank, currently offered in Vanilla Ice Cream ā a warm, dessert-friendly note rather than a fruit flavour, which makes it an easy match for classic sweet menus. It holds about 250 standard 8g charges of 99.7% food-grade NāO (E942), roughly 13 to 15 litres of finished cream, with an integrated carry handle for a full tank.
It connects to professional whipped-cream dispensers via a regulator/adaptor, as tanks generally do.
Who it suits: high-volume cafĆ©s, dessert bars and cocktail bars that want a single flavoured tank for a signature vanilla finish at scale.
