GreatWhip Grand 1364g Cream Charger Cylinder (2.2L)

The GreatWhip Grand is a large-format 1364g (2.2L) cylinder that bridges the gap between a standard cylinder and a full 2kg tank. At about 170 standard 8g charges it holds a bit more than double a 640g Master, or roughly 9 to 10 litres of finished cream, on 99.9% food-grade N₂O (E942).

It fits standard 0.5L and 1L professional dispensers with a regulator/adaptor, so you get most of a tank’s per-charge economics without committing to full tank handling.

Who it suits: cafés and dessert bars busy enough that 640g cylinders run out too fast, but not ready for a 2kg tank and its regulator setup. It’s the sensible middle step. If your volume keeps climbing, GreatWhip’s full 2kg tanks in the Tanks category go further again; if a 1364g is right but you prefer another brand, Monster Gas offers the same size.
