The Monster Gas 1364g is the brand’s mid-size format — the volume step up from its 640g cylinder without going to a full 2kg tank. It gives about 170 standard 8g charges, a little over double a 640g, or roughly 9 to 10 litres of finished cream, on 99.9% food-grade Nâ‚‚O (E942).
It runs on standard 0.5L and 1L professional dispensers with a regulator/adaptor, delivering much of a tank’s lower per-charge cost in a still-manageable cylinder.
Who it suits: high-turnover cafés and dessert kitchens that find 640g cylinders too small but aren’t set up for tank handling yet. Like the rest of the Monster Gas line it’s built around value and throughput.
